Policies

 *ALL DEPOSITS ARE NONREFUNDABLE 

*ALL MONIES ARE NONREFUNDABLE once payments are made.  

However, courses may be refundable if Kinkylocs cancels a class with the exception of a natural disaster. 

*Consultant fees must be paid at the time or recertification every two years in order to remain active. 

Deposits are due at the time of registration. The remaining balance will need to be paid 14 days before class starts for U.S. students and 30 for international students. Payment plans are available upon request. Please email the home office of this request after you've registered for a class.  info@kinkylocsbeauty.com

Transfer options are available at a ONE time request. You may only transfer to the original class that you signed up for. Meaning, if you signed up for virtual training you may only request to transfer to another virtual training class. Please be sure that you take your time on choosing a class. After you've made ONE transfer you will not be able to make another one. 

If you still are not able to make class after the one transfer, you must start the registration process all over again, including the deposit. *All monies are nonrefundable

Transfer or reschedule must be requested 21 days before class starts. Transfers must be made within 1 year of original class date. 

If you do not show up the day of class but ask to reschedule, you will be charged a $150 rescheduling fee and will have to start the registration process all over including deposit as your place in class cannot be filled by another student. The only exception is death in the family, only then the rescheduling fee will be waivered.
*TRANSFER STUDENTS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR DISCOUNTS UPON NEXT REGISTRATION.

Cancellations may occur if...

• All required paperwork is not turned in by its due date
• If payment is not received by due date
• Fail to show up to class  
• If a natural disaster happens 

No call no show will result in automatic discontinuation of training.
